For this addition we removed the roof and added a third floor including 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a screened in porch. One of the unique aspects of this project is how we used baltic birch plywood that was cut down into 18"x60" panels and installed over the subfloor. We also used the birch product for the new stairs and ship ladder. 

Remodel & Addition

On this renovation we incorporated an addition to an existing residence including a new kitchen and master suite. We also remodeled the existing house to blend in with the new construction of the addition.

​New Home

In this project we added a beautiful new home to an older neighborhood in Bethesda. The house was designed to blend in with the existing residences while hiding the large size of the home. We used natural stone and brick to create a tudor style home to give it a traditional look.

​Remodel & Addition​

On this renovation we added an addition to the back to create a large kitchen, family room and master suite. We were able to reuse some of the old building product like the old exterior french door for the barn door to the laundry room. By moving the kitchen to the addition we were able to incorporate a butlers pantry and large laundry room into the existing house.
